How It All ends: Superindex

Like I promised in this thread, I've been working on a thorough index to all the objections mentioned in the HIAE expansions. I'm now happy to announce that it's as good as finished, ready to be critiqued.

There's one small problem though: the Word document is too big to attach to this post, and the content too long to post directly in this thread. So what I'd like to do is e-mail it to someone who's willing to look through the index to see if I did a decent job, edit it up if necessary, and perhaps even add urls and put it up on the site.

Some issues worth pointing out:
-This index is based on HIAE: Menu, so most of the objections are taken from there. I did, however, add some more objections as it struck my notice (mostly in the "No Holds Barred" section).
-For good measure, I added the Topics for each video, but I didn’t add any time segments to them, as I found them too intertwined. Most of it is covered in the Objections-section anyway.
-In the video “The Manpollo Project”, all of the objections were pretty much baked together, so I did what I could to find separate points to put time segments to. Couldn't find more than two though.
-This index is purely meant for the internet version, so it probably won’t do any good for the DVDs.
