On page 203, I think that "A couple small changes" should be "A couple of small changes", unless it is the common vernacular in the US.

My tuppence agrees with you on both counts.

I would be tempted to argue that a term such as this that's acceptable when spoken doesn't excuse its use when written. There's probably a technical term for that, but then I'm just a part-time pedant
